*Space is limited. Only a payment guarantees attendance, registration does not.
Upon registration, you will receive an invoice and Credit Card Authorization form.
Payment is required within 10 days of registration or registration will be canceled.
If the event sells out, you will be notified and offered to be placed on a waiting list. You will not be charged until you registration is confirmed.
Cancellations for a full refund must be received 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days of the event, changes may be made to the attendee names or you may change the location, however, no refund will be made.
